Manufacturing Associate

Job Location: In-Person, $17-$18/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
Our client is a leading manufacturing company focused on delivering high-quality solutions through advanced processes and a skilled workforce. They are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Manufacturing Associate:
- Assist team members to achieve daily production goals
- Perform simple machine set-ups and operate equipment as needed
- Inspect parts and monitor scrap rates to ensure quality standards
- Support additional tasks and adapt to changing production needs
Your skills and experience:
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of quality control procedures and ISO concepts
- Accountability and positive attitude with reliable attendance
