There's no upfront cost or retainer. For contract and contract-to-hire roles, you pay a bill rate that covers the candidate's pay, payroll taxes, workers' comp, and our markup. For direct-hire placements, you pay a one-time fee based on a percentage of the first-year salary, invoiced only after a successful placement. Every quote is built around your specific role and includes a full breakdown.

How quickly can you fill a role?
Most roles are sourced within 24 to 48 hours of our discovery call. Industrial and warehouse roles typically have the fastest turnaround. Professional and direct-hire searches can take longer depending on the seniority and specialization, but we'll give you a realistic timeline upfront.

What's your placement guarantee?
Every placement comes with a replacement guarantee. If a hire doesn't work out within the guarantee period, we'll source and place a replacement at no additional charge. Specific terms vary by placement type and are outlined in your service agreement.
