HVAC Install Technician

Our client is a rapidly growing company providing installation and service solutions for residential and commercial customers. They are seeking a HVAC Install Technician to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a HVAC Install Technician:
- Perform installation of ductless mini-split and air-source heat pump systems under supervision
- Support project managers and crews to ensure project scope and site readiness
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal system performance
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety and building codes
Your skills and experience:
- Experience with HVAC system installation and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of mechanical, refrigerant, and electrical systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
