Your day-to-day as a Production Associate:
- Operate basic production equipment and follow established procedures under supervision
- Read and interpret work orders and job tickets to ensure accurate production tasks
- Assist with packaging and counting finished products to meet quality standards
- Participate in routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment
Your skills and experience:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and ask clarifying questions
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn technical processes
- Dependable team player with a positive attitude and reliable attendance
- Physically able to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
