Hearth Service Technician

Job Location: In-Person, $25-$30/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
Our client is a well-established retailer and service provider of home heating products, offering a wide range of solutions for residential and commercial customers. They are seeking a Hearth Service Technician to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Hearth Service Technician:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues on gas, pellet, and wood stoves and fireplaces.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleanings, and chimney safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Educate customers on proper operation and maintenance of heating systems, explaining service findings and recommendations.
- Document completed work, track parts usage, and coordinate with the shop for replacement components.
Your skills and experience:
- Experience in appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar technical trades preferred.
- Willingness to pursue industry certifications with company support.
- Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
