HVAC Technician

Job Location: In-Person, $30-$40/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Sunday, Excellent Benefits
Our client is a well-established contractor providing a range of mechanical services for residential and commercial clients. They are seeking a HVAC Technician to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a HVAC Technician:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Install HVAC systems and components to high standards of quality and organization
- Perform preventative maintenance and identify ways to enhance system performance
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about issues, solutions, and expectations
- Maintain clean and professional job sites at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed correctly and efficiently
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities across various systems
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on professionalism
- Demonstrated pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Self-discipline, accountability, and a commitment to integrity
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
