Production Manager

Job Location: In-Person, Salary: $115,000, Day Shift, Full-Time, Excellent Benefits
Our client is a global manufacturer of essential electronic components serving a wide range of industries, committed to innovation and quality. They are seeking a Production Manager to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Production Manager:
- Oversee daily operations within the manufacturing plant
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand
- Monitor and improve production processes for efficiency and quality
- Manage and motivate supervisors and production teams
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production and logistics
Your skills and experience:
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 10 years of experience in a similar manufacturing management role
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and project management
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proven ability to analyze production data and drive process improvements
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
