Construction Laborer

A contract manufacturer specializing in supply chain, assembly, and fulfillment services for commercial and industrial clients. They are seeking a Construction Laborer to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Construction Laborer:
- Perform comprehensive site preparation including land clearing, stump removal, and mass earthmoving for construction projects
- Install underground infrastructure such as septic systems, sewer lines, water mains, and stormwater drainage components following engineering plans
- Execute precision grading and excavation for foundations, driveways, and parking areas to ensure proper soil stabilization and water runoff management
- Construct specialized site features including stone retaining walls, culverts, and streambank stabilization systems for environmental restoration and flood repair
Your skills and experience:
- Ability to adhere to and model company values and attendance policies
- Maintain a valid operator’s license and comply with PPE and safety requirements
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, loud environment and interact professionally with co-workers
- Lift up to fifty pounds throughout the day and operate a variety of hand and pneumatic tools
