Job Location: In-Person, $18-$24/Hour, 1st Shift,2nd Shift, Thursday-Monday. 1,000 dollar sign on bonus!
Our client is a producer in the craft brewing and hospitality industry, offering unique food and beverage experiences. They are seeking a Line Cook to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Line Cook:
- Prepare and cook menu items using grilling, frying, sautéing, and other methods according to recipes and standards
- Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies before each shift
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and cooking surfaces
- Perform inventory checks, complete food storage logs, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
Your skills and experience:
- Experience in a professional kitchen with knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
