Warehouse Supervisor

Job Location: In-Person, $28-$30/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
Our client is a large, dynamic organization providing essential support and operational services across multiple industries. They are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Warehouse Supervisor:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and inventory management
- Establish standard work assignments to ensure timely material delivery for production schedules
- Implement Lean methods such as 5S, Kan Ban, and kitting to improve material flow
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through cross-training and performance management
Your skills and experience:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
- Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
