Production Technician

Job Location: In-Person, $19/Hour, 3rd Shift Overnight, Thursday-Sunday Schedule, 12-Hour Shifts, Overtime Opportunities
Our client specializes in beverage production, packaging and distribution operations. They are seeking a Production Technician to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Production Technician:
- Operate and monitor high-speed production and packaging machinery
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following safety protocols
- Support quality systems and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve production line issues to ensure smooth operations
Your skills and experience:
- Ability to quickly learn and operate manufacturing equipment
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort with basic computer functions and production software
- Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
