Production Associate

Job Location: In-Person, $24.15 – $25.30/hr, Overnight Shift, Full-Time, Benefits Eligible on Day 1
Our client is a leading manufacturer in the production industry, and they want you to join their team as a Production Operator.
Your day-to-day as a Production Operator:
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient workflow
- Perform in-process product testing to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain proper documentation
- Assist with area cleaning, rework, and floor support as needed
- Safely handle physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working in varied temperature environments
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required
Your skills and experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions
- Comfortable operating computer systems and applications
- Capable of safely performing physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 55 lbs, working at heights, standing for 10+ hours)
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work rotating and overnight shifts
- Willingness to work in environments with noise, heat, cold, and industrial equipment while wearing required PPE
- Experience in a pharmaceutical, Federal Drug Administration (FDA) controlled, other controlled regulatory agencies, or Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) packaging or manufacturing environment is preferred.
