Commercial Service Representative

Job Location: In-Person, Pay $22-$25 per hour, Day Shift, Full-Time, Excellent Benefits
Our client is a provider of waste management and environmental services for commercial customers. They are seeking a Commercial Service Representative to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Commercial Service Representative:
- Engage with customers to assess support needs and promote relevant products and services
- Maintain customer and sales information in CRM and case management systems to track activities and resolve issues
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial service inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies, including welcome and stay packets, and coordinate follow-up with sales representatives
Your skills and experience:
- Ability to type at least 70 words per minute
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with a proven sales track record
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software systems
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities
