Quality Assurance Technician

A producer of premium products in the food manufacturing industry. They are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Quality Assurance Technician:
- Monitor and document non-conforming products, materials, and equipment, maintaining accurate records
- Conduct facility and process compliance audits, analyzing results and recommending corrective actions
- Perform record review, data entry, and analysis of batch records and quality documentation
- Support and facilitate training programs to ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 years of quality assurance experience, preferably in food manufacturing
- Working knowledge of food safety regulations and standards such as SQF, HACCP, and GFSI
- Proficiency with inspection, sampling, and testing equipment, and understanding of measurement accuracy
- Strong documentation, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills
