CNC Manufacturing Engineer

Job Location: In-Person, Salary: $75,000, Day Shift, Full-Time
Our client is a leading manufacturing organization focused on precision machining, fabrication, and advanced production solutions. They are seeking a CNC Manufacturing Engineer to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a CNC Manufacturing Engineer:
- Develop and optimize CNC machining processes to enhance production efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with design and production teams to implement effective manufacturing workflows
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for process deviations or defects
- Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce cycle times and material waste
Your skills and experience:
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for process design and CNC programming
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a manufacturing environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality control methodologies
