HVAC Install Technician

Our client is a rapidly expanding company providing professional installation services for residential and commercial clients. They are seeking a HVAC Install Technician to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a HVAC Install Technician:
- Lead and coordinate HVAC installation crews on job sites
- Install ductless mini-split and air-source heat pump systems to company and manufacturer standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation to ensure optimal system performance
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with safety and building codes
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience, including ductless systems
- Strong leadership and team supervision abilities
- Proficiency with HVAC mechanical, refrigerant, and electrical systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
