Job Location: In-Person, $23/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
Our client is a leading provider of engineering and manufacturing solutions for transit and industrial applications. They are seeking a Painter to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Painter:
- Perform quality checks including oven temperatures, chemical composition, and paint thickness tests
- Verify first piece run conformance and ensure adherence to safety procedures
- Train team members on proper painting, masking, and equipment setup techniques
- Monitor inventory, order paint supplies, and maintain accurate documentation
Your skills and experience:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- Experience with industrial painting equipment and quality control methods
- Strong organizational skills for inventory management and documentation
- Capable of reading and interpreting technical documents such as blueprints and BOMs
