Our client is a leading manufacturer dedicated to delivering high-quality products with a focus on safety, reliability, and innovation. They are seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Production Supervisor:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production team activities to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and train team members to achieve productivity and quality goals.
- Monitor production schedules, conduct quality checks, and troubleshoot issues to maintain standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and optimize resource allocation.
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 5 years of production leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team development abilities.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, process improvement, and production management software.
