Production Lead

Job Location: In-Person, $23-$25/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, Excellent Benefits
Our client is a leading provider of packaging supplies, dedicated to delivering quality products through efficient manufacturing processes. They are seeking a Production Lead to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Production Lead:
- Rotate throughout the facility to identify and address production bottlenecks
- Delegate tasks or execute assignments directly to meet daily priorities
- Set up and operate various equipment such as CNC machines and cutting tables
- Communicate project requirements and operational challenges with team members and management
Your skills and experience:
- Strong basic math skills, including fractions and decimals
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
