Inventory Control Specialist

Job Location: In-Person, Salary: $60,000, Day Shift, Full-Time
Our client is a leading manufacturer focused on delivering high-quality industrial solutions through advanced production processes. They are seeking a Inventory Control Specialist to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Inventory Control Specialist:
- Oversee inventory control activities including cycle counts and reconciliations
- Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, and documentation of inbound materials
- Maintain precise records of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods in ERP/MRP systems
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, and Shipping teams to streamline material flow
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for inventory management
- Lead annual physical inventory counts and conduct monthly mock audits
Your skills and experience:
- 4+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory control within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and ERP/MRP systems
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse setting
