Facilities Maintenance Manager| Direct Hire| Massena, NY

Our client is a dynamic organization committed to delivering excellence and outstanding customer experiences across multiple markets. They are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Facilities Maintenance Manager:
- Oversee maintenance, repair, and safety of company buildings and grounds.
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for building systems.
- Coordinate facility inspections and address operational or safety concerns.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and facility improvement projects.
- Prepare and monitor budgets for maintenance, repairs, and capital expenditures.
- Lead and support facilities staff, ensuring high standards and team accountability.
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years of progressive experience in facilities management or related areas.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency with facility management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing preventive maintenance, budgets, and vendor contracts.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
