Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality packaging components serving a wide range of industries. They are seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Production Supervisor:
- Supervise and lead team operations on the production floor
- Ensure production goals and quality standards are met during overnight shifts
- Support and train team members to maintain safety and efficiency
- Monitor equipment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to work actively on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
