People And Culture Generalist

Our client is a leading contract manufacturer specializing in high-quality health and wellness products for companion animals, committed to innovation and excellence. They are seeking a People And Culture Generalist to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a People And Culture Generalist:
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS data entry for new hires
- Administer benefits, compensation, and leave programs while ensuring compliance
- Conduct audits of employee records and support policy development and implementation
- Guide and mentor People & Culture Coordinators and support company events
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational initiatives
Your skills and experience:
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and HRIS systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality
- Resourceful, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach
