Senior Project Manager

Our client is a global engineering and manufacturing company providing advanced solutions for demanding industries. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Senior Project Manager:
- Lead project execution from contract award through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule
- Serve as the primary interface with customers, managing expectations and leading project status meetings
- Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and change management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and resolve execution challenges
- Monitor and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues impacting performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning for future projects
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field
- PMP certification required
- 8+ years of experience managing large, complex projects in manufacturing, energy, or related industries
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage project financials and risk
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and fostering a collaborative environment
