Project Analyst

Job Location: Remote, Salary: $100,000, Day Shift, Full-Time, Excellent Benefits
Our client is a global engineering company specializing in the design and manufacture of advanced industrial equipment. They are seeking a Project Analyst to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Project Analyst:
- Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and tracking tools
- Coordinate inputs from engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to align with project milestones
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and variances for reporting
- Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-up on tasks
- Maintain organized project records and support project audits
- Track project changes, risks, and issues to support project manager decision-making
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or analysis within technical environments
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to interpret project data and communicate insights effectively
- Experience working in cross-functional teams in engineering or manufacturing settings
