Lead Install Technician

Our client is a rapidly growing company providing installation services with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. They are seeking a Lead Install Technician to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Lead Install Technician:
- Lead and participate in HVAC system installations, ensuring all work meets quality standards
- Direct and coordinate daily activities of the installation crew on job sites
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation to maintain project timelines
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a positive experience
Your skills and experience:
- Extensive hands-on experience with HVAC installations, especially ductless systems
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on mentoring and guiding team members
- Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant system troubleshooting
- Commitment to safety practices and compliance with industry regulations
