Warehouse Technician (Weekend Day Shift)

Job Location: In-Person, $18-$19.75/Hour, 1st Shift Monday-Friday, Overtime Available
Our client is an established production and manufacturing operation, and they want you to join their team as a Warehouse Technician.
Your day-to-day as a Warehouse Technician:
- Prepare merchandise for shipment, load trucks, and label shipping information
- Receive parts and merchandise and accurately catalog all incoming and outgoing inventory
- Fulfill orders for production and research and development departments
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and electric and manual pallet jacks
- Communicate professionally with shipping coordinators, purchasing agents, supervisors, and outside vendors
- Maintain inventory control and support warehouse organization
- Assist with additional tasks as directed by the Warehouse Cell Leader and Materials Lead
Your skills and experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Avante inventory management experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 100 lbs, and stand for the duration of the shift
- Must be extremely safety conscious
- Must pass a drug test and background check
