Production Group Leader

Your day-to-day as a Production Group Leader:
- Supervise and train employees on filling and packaging assembly lines to meet production goals
- Monitor line output and ensure quality standards are consistently achieved
- Assign lot codes, maintain accurate records, and follow work orders with attention to detail
- Support the Production Coordinator in achieving daily targets and implementing process improvements
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus
