Shipping Associate

Job Location: In-Person, $21.63/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, Overtime Opportunities, Full-Time
Our client is a leader in manufacturing and production, and they want you to join their team as a Shipping Associate.
Your day-to-day as a Shipping Associate:
- Identify and package correct parts per order, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Process orders using company software, completing all required documentation
- Select appropriate packaging, fabricate skids and crates when needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work area, following OSHA and company standards
- Take on additional assignments as directed by leads or managers
Your skills and experience:
- Woodworking experience is required
- Previous shipping, forklift, or warehouse experience is a plus
- Ability to read a ruler/tape measure and apply basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Dependable, energetic, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
