Sorter/Packer

Job Location: In-Person, $22.33/Hour, 1st & 3rd Shift Openings, 12-Hour Shifts, Full-Time
As a leader in consumer and food service/food packaging, our client is in constant pursuit of team members and they want you to join their team as a Sorter/Packer.
Your day-to-day as a Sorter/Packer:
- Operate and monitor multiple packing and sorting machines throughout your 12-hour shift
- Accurately count and package finished products according to company specifications
- Inspect products for defects to ensure only items meeting quality standards are shipped
- Remove defective products and report recurring issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Participate in safety and production meetings as required

- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
- A commitment to maintaining product quality and accuracy
- Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn new processes
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced setting
