Production Operator

Job Location: In-Person, Up to $23.42/Hour, 2nd Shift, Full-Time
Our client is a leading provider of handcrafted smoked meats in North America, with a culture centered around teamwork and career growth, and they want you to join their team as a Production Operator!
Your day-to-day as a Production Operator:
- Prepare, handle, and package both uncooked and cooked meat products
- Operate equipment to cut, box, seal, and label products according to specifications
- Load product into ovens, smokers, or packaging machines as needed
- Perform basic machine adjustments and material changes
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety standards, and quality procedures
Your skills and experience:
- Prior experience in food production, packaging, or machine operation preferred
- Comfortable working in cold, clean-room environments with raw and cooked meats
- Ability to learn and follow SQF, GMP, and QMS guidelines
- Attention to detail in following food safety and quality protocols
- Able to identify and report product or equipment issues quickly
