Apprentice Installation Technician

Job Location: In-Person, $24/Hour, Day Shift, Monday-Friday, 40-45 Hr Work Weeks
Our client is a residential and commercial flooring contractor, and they want you to join their team as an Apprentice Installation Technician!

Your day-to-day as an Apprentice Installation Technician:
- Perform daily tasks, including loading materials, preparing surfaces, and repairs
- Mix and apply floor coatings accurately and timely
- Foster strong client and contractor relationships through professional communication
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and tools to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe work environment
Your skills and experience:
- Prior experience in construction or heavy manufacturing preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environmental conditions
- Strong knowledge of basic construction techniques, concrete preparation and repair
- OSHA 10 certification (minimum) with provided training if needed
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
