CNC Operator

Job Location: In-Person, Starting from $22-24/Hour, 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, Full-Time

Your day-to-day as a CNC Operator:
- Operate and set up CNC milling machines to produce parts per job specifications
- Program CNC machines, adjusting settings as needed
- Interpret work orders and blueprints to ensure precise execution of tasks
- Complete required documentation, including inspection reports, work orders, and maintenance logs.
- Perform routine quality checks on machined parts and adjust settings as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by following company protocols
Your skill set includes:
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, GD&T, and using precision measurement tools
- Familiarity with CNC programming, machine setup, and basic troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and lean production principles
- Effective communication skills and a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
