Business Development Representative

Job Location: In-Person, $50K-$70K Annual Salary (Based on Experience), Full-Time
Our client helps businesses follow labor laws with expert solutions, and they want you to join their team as a Business Development Representative!
Your day-to-day as a Business Development Representative:
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage corporate clients
- Qualify leads through research and initial contact to assess potential fit
- Set appointments for the corporate sales team to conduct product demos
- Support transition from appointment setting to demo completion
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and activity in CRM tools
Your skills and experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B business development or telesales
- Education in a business-related field (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a natural rapport builder
- Proven ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven and fast-paced environment
