Field Service Manager

$110K Annual Salary, Monday-Friday, Full-Time

Our client is a well-respected and steadily growing manufacturer known for its high-quality equipment and commitment to customer satisfaction, and they want your to join their team as a Field Service Manager. 

Your day-to-day as a Field Service Manager:

  • Troubleshoot product issues and provide technical support via phone, email, video, or site visits
  • Train and support installers, service partners, and customers on equipment maintenance and operation
  • Coordinate and manage service coverage across partner networks and internal teams
  • Maintain detailed service records and documentation in ticketing systems
  • Identify service gaps and recommend improvements to internal teams and leadership

Your skills and experience:

  • 5+ years in a service technician or field support role
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems (AC/DC) and ability to read schematics
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support external partners
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and general service documentation tools
  • Must be organized, self-directed, and comfortable with occasional travel
