General Laborer

Job Location: In-Person, $18/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, Excellent Benefits
A manufacturer providing industrial packaging solutions for a variety of sectors. They are seeking a General Laborer to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a General Laborer:
- Interpret and follow customer and company drawings to manufacture parts using woodworking equipment and power tools
- Operate machinery such as saws, drill presses, sanders, nail guns, and forklifts to produce and assemble packaging materials
- Pack and ship finished products according to customer specifications while maintaining quality standards
- Perform shop upkeep, sweeping, and cleaning duties, especially during the initial training period
Your skills and experience:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, woodworking, or production environments
- Ability to use hand and power tools, read a tape measure, and perform basic measurements
- Strong teamwork skills and effective communication with coworkers and supervisors
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting up to 70 lbs independently and working in an active, hands-on environment
