Your day-to-day as a Assembly Technician:
- Assemble industrial LED lighting products through both sub-assembly and final assembly processes
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure products meet quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to company procedures
Your skills and experience:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable attendance and a positive, solution-focused attitude
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and open to cross-training in new areas
- Good hand dexterity and willingness to learn new assembly techniques
