Full job description

Job Location: In-Person, $17-$18/Hour, 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday

A manufacturer specializing in metal fabrication, machining, and powder coating solutions. They are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Manufacturing Associate:

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals
  • Perform simple machine set-ups and operate equipment as needed
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production
  • Inspect parts and monitor scrap rates to maintain quality standards

Your skills and experience:

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic math skills and understanding of production requirements
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and ISO concepts
  • Capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
