Full job description
Job Location: In-Person, $25-$35/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
A manufacturer specializing in precision machined components and subassemblies for the aerospace, manufacturing, and defense sectors. They are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Maintenance Supervisor:
- Supervise general maintenance personnel and oversee daily facility operations
- Conduct monthly and daily inspections of safety and critical equipment
- Manage maintenance contracts, obtain quotes, and select suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean working environment
- Coordinate equipment repairs and consult with service representatives
- Initiate personnel actions and perform performance reviews
Your skills and experience:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical systems
- Ability to interpret PLC ladder logic and diagnostics on CNC equipment
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing
- Commitment to ongoing training and safety compliance
