Production Lead

Job Location: In-Person, $25.59/Hour + 10-15% Shift Differential, 2nd & 3rd Shift Openings, Full-Time, Excellent Benefits
Our client is a leading manufacturing organization focused on delivering high-quality products through efficient production processes and strong team collaboration. They are seeking a Production Lead to join their team.
Available Shifts:
- 2nd Shift: 1pm-9pm, Monday-Friday
- 3rd Shift: 9pm-5pm, Monday-Friday
Your day-to-day as a Production Lead:
- Coordinate and oversee daily production activities to meet shift objectives
- Promote a positive, safety-first team culture and support employee development
- Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and escalate issues as needed
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives
Your skills and experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Previous experience with coating, fabrication, or quality control
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
