Electronics Lab Technician

Job Location: In-Person, $18-$20/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Sunday
Our client is a leading organization focused on delivering high-quality manufacturing and technology solutions in a fast-paced environment. They are seeking a Electronics Lab Technician to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Electronics Lab Technician:
- Perform repairs, rework, diagnostics, and testing on PCBAs to ensure quality standards are met
- Support daily manufacturing, spares, and engineering deliverables through hands-on assembly and troubleshooting
- Maintain compliance with safety, organizational, and quality standards including ISO and GMP requirements
- Assist in training new team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Your skills and experience:
- Experience in electronics assembly and repair, particularly with PCBAs
- Ability to read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures and assembly instructions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting
- Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team environment
