Spray Foam Installer

Job Location: In-Person, $25-$35/Hour, 1st Shift (7am-Finish), Overtime Opportunities
Our client is a residential and commercial insulation company, and they want you to join their team as a Spray Foam Installer.
Your day-to-day as a Spray Foam Installer:
- Prepare job sites by masking, setting up ventilation, and ensuring all surfaces are ready for application
- Operate spray foam equipment, mix and calibrate materials, and apply open- and closed-cell foam
- Trim excess foam, seal gaps, and complete touch-ups to ensure uniform and complete insulation coverage
- Perform pre- and post-application inspections to verify adhesion, coverage, and curing quality
- Maintain and clean spray rigs, tools, and vehicles to ensure readiness for each job
Your skills and experience:
- Experience in construction or the trades with strong job tenure
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the main shop (transport to job sites provided)
- Some insulation experience preferred, cellulose is a plus
- Ability to work in hot, enclosed environments while using respirators and PPE
- Strong communication skills and professionalism when working on residential and commercial job sites
