Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Location: In-Person, Salary: $70,000, 12 Hour Shift (pm), Full-Time, Excellent Benefits
Our client is a leading manufacturer committed to producing high-quality products that support essential industries and frontline professionals. They are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Manufacturing Supervisor:
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure adherence to safety guidelines
- Manage and support a team of approximately 15 staff members, including performance reviews and training
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Lean manufacturing and 5S activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to achieve operational goals
- Maintain accurate documentation for staff attendance, performance, and training
- Ensure production schedules are met and communicate issues to management promptly
Your skills and experience:
- Associate degree in Business, Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with injection molding preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail
