Production Technician

Job Location: In-Person, $18.50/Hour, 3rd Shift, 12 Hour Shift, 3-4 Day Work Week

Your day-to-day as a Production Technician:
- Operate and monitor high-speed production machinery to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives with team members.
- Track production data and contribute ideas for process enhancements.
Your skills and experience:
- Ability to quickly learn and understand production equipment and processes.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new production software.
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
