Production Supervisor

Your day-to-day as a Production Supervisor:
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities to achieve operational goals.
- Assign tasks to team members and provide hands-on support during assembly processes.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards and ensure proper equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with engineering to improve assembly procedures and resolve production issues.
Your skills and experience:
- Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong interpersonal and team development abilities.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tracking performance metrics.
- Ability to troubleshoot production challenges and maintain quality standards.
