Process Engineer

Job Location: In-Person, $43-$48/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday

Your day-to-day as a Process Engineer:
- Optimize production cycles and reduce scrap rates to improve manufacturing efficiency
- Support high-volume assembly and testing of products, including specialized manufacturing tasks
- Utilize statistical process control and data analysis to ensure consistent product quality
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process instructions, and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product introductions and root cause analysis
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with automated equipment and PLC systems
- Ability to read technical drawings such as Process Flow Diagrams and P&IDs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems or data analysis tools
