They are seeking a Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Accurately apply customer payments from checks, ACH, wires, lockbox uploads, and POS data.
- Investigate and resolve chargebacks, deductions, unapplied cash, and short payments in coordination with internal teams.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and coordinate follow-up on overdue balances with Customer Service and Sales.
- Support process improvement initiatives, including automation of invoicing and cash application workflows.
Your skills and experience:
- 1–3 years of accounts receivable or transactional accounting experience.
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
