Microbiologist

Job Location: In-Person, $24-$27/Hour, 1st Shift

Your day-to-day as a Microbiologist:
- Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly cleaning and sanitizing of laboratory areas
- Prepare media and operate autoclaves for laboratory processes
- Collect and process environmental, raw material, and finished product samples
- Conduct bacterial enumeration and pathogen detection using various microbiological methods
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or Biological Science, or equivalent relevant experience
- Thorough understanding of aseptic technique and laboratory safety protocols
- Proficiency in microbiological testing methods such as pour plate, spread plate, Petrifilm, and MPN
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and data entry skills
