Financial Analyst| Plattsburgh, NY| Direct Hire $65K+

Our client is a growing manufacturing organization, and they want you to join their team as a Financial Analyst.
Your day-to-day as a Financial Analyst:
- Analyze production data, costs, and trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Develop financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support operations
- Collaborate with plant management and supply chain teams to improve financial performance
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with corporate goals
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial reporting standards
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
- Experience in financial analysis within a manufacturing setting
- Strong Excel and ERP/BI tool proficiency (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of cost accounting and standard costing practices
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently and in a team
