Maintenance Technician

Job Location: In-Person, $22-$32/Hour (Based on Experience), 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday
Our client is a family-owned business specializing in production and distribution within the dairy industry, and they want you to join their team as a Maintenance Technician!
Your day-to-day as a Maintenance Technician:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, including engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (120V, 240V, 480V three-phase), including wiring, conduit, panels, breakers, contactors, relays, timers, and controls
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment such as conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding tools, gearboxes, pumps, and valves
- Read and interpret schematic flowcharts, technical manuals, and electrical/mechanical schematics for troubleshooting and repairs
- Assist in training machine operators and other maintenance staff, ensuring proper equipment operation and minimal downtime
Your skills and experience:
- Manufacturing maintenance experience required
- Strong expertise in electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting, installation, and repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools, read blueprints, and apply knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
- Proficiency in mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC maintenance
- Experience with welding, metal fabrication, and electrical diagnostics is a plus
